My not-so-little boy is having his second birthday next month. We are undecided what theme we are going to go with if we do decide to have a little party for him. I found these cakes here that might help us with our decision.
We could go with the soccer theme. I think that Joe would lean more towards this one as he is convinced that we have a future soccer player on our hands.
Or we could go with the monkey theme. Which I think would be perfect considering he takes his monkey everywhere with him.
What do you guys think?

I think the monkey is adorable especially for a 2 year old.
I do like soccer, and the grass looks cool on that cake, but the monkey would be cuter for his age. A soccer party would be cool when he is older and 'playing' soccer! Love ya--Happy Birthday tomorrow!
I've got to agree with Janette. Your window of opportunity for the monkey is much smaller than with the soccer ball.

You might not get away with the monkey in later years, but will have plenty of years to do the soccer ball.
